A strong feature of our post 16 provision is the pastoral care you will receive as a student. Students will stay with the same tutor in Year 12 and Year 13. This means there is always someone who has a good knowledge of your skills, strengths and weaknesses and is best placed to advise you on career options and work habits.
Academically, our classes are usually relatively small and students will get a lot of personal help with their academic studies. Subject teachers monitor all their students on a weekly basis, making a return to the Head of Post 16 education. This will ensure that we spot issues immediately and support and encourage students to be successful at all times.
